I had washed my hair to death, Genie said. She also said I could repair the damage by shampooing less and moisturizing more.
She explained to me that all hair needs oil. "Your own hair makes excessive oils" she said, and because extension hair cannot make it's own oil; that hair uses the extra natural oil to make it look healthy and shiny, naturally.
Guess what? She was right. I used to shampoo every day. Genie told me to try shampooing just twice a week. It worked!
Then she also told me everything I needed to know about how to take care of my new hair. She even gave me a print out on what to do. She showed me how to put it up at night so it holds the style until I shampoo it. Bad hair days are a thing of the past for me. This saves me so much time and money, it's incredible.
I've been wearing my enhancements for over a year now. My own hair is longer, thicker and healthier than ever before.
