My aunt was balding, bad. I am a cosmetologist, but my skills are limited.
I couldn't do a thing about her balding situation. I am from the Dominican Republic. My family owns a salon in Puerto Rico. I found Genie on the Internet, I called and scheduled a consultation. We traveled to Georgia for the consultation.
I was impressed with their pictures, after which I felt comfortable enough to leave my non English speaking aunt with Genie and Genie's spanish speaking daughter, while I took care of other business.
I was almost speechless when I saw my aunt. She was grinnning from ear to ear. We were so impressed with the work; I wanted to get my own hair done too! But Genie said my hair was too short in the back and suggested I come back when it had grown out more.
I didn't want to wait...I insisted...I want it now! She was very professional, insisting that I wait...that went a long way with me, she said: "I will not do work I can't guarantee." What more can I say...The lady guarantees her work!
